GREASE

My final show at Kent State University is GREASE! I'm very lucky to be working with guest director Mac McIntosh and guest choreographer Felicity Mrnak. This is the first time I have worked with someone from the Roe Green visiting director series and working with new people is always a plus. The show will be running in mid February, to order tickets you can visit the website. As Rizzo in the show, I am very excited to be singing in a much different style since we just finished doing Brigadoon in the fall.

The next project is our Senior Showcase! A group of selected seniors from my program will be presenting a showcase to directors, agents and people in the "biz". This is a great opportunity to network with people from the industry before I take the big leap to NYC! I will be singing "pulled" from the Addams Family musical that is currently on Broadway. (the link is from the Broadway show :) ) This year we will be teaming up with the University of California, Irvine at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. We have all chosen our songs and on Saturday we are all going to get new headshots with Cleveland Photographer Eric Mull! We have to raise much of the money ourselves and we are accomplishing this by having bake sales and raffles at the shows, hopefully we will reach our goals.
